Alpha Park Library’s Teen services include a dedicated Young Adult collection of fiction written specifically for readers for readers 12 and up, found on the first floor of the library, near the computer room. Audio books of many of these popular titles can be found with the adult audio book collection.

Alpha Park also hosts programming specifically for grades 7-12 monthly. Teen programs are a great place to make new friends and enjoy activities year-round.

Board Game Night

Project Next Generation: Game Design
Saturdays, (SUSPENDED - March 28) April 18, and May 2. From either 10:00 a.m to noon OR 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We continue focusing on elements of game design with mentors from Bradley University.
In March, we will focus of creating collectibles and obstacles.
In April, we will learn to create a win/lose structure.
May's topic will focus on creatiing a main menu and polishing your game. All Supplies provided.

Teen Board

Sharpie "Tie Dye"

Bring: a plain white t-shirt, bandana, or other fabric items to Alpha Park Library and create a Sharpie "tie dye" look.
